As an Educator, Mr.Ghanapathi has been teaching more than 16 years in National and International syllabus in Private schools and National Schools. He is a keynote speaker for many workshops, exam paper markers ( PT3 and SPM), trainer, entrepreneur, and community activist. Academically, He holds a Master in Education (Educational Management), a Degree in Electric and Electronic (Hon’s), Diploma in Mechatronic and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Education. He has authored 2 books, “Smart Physics For IGCSE” and “Essential Physics for IGCSE Student Book 3rd edition”.
He is goal-oriented, patient, energetic, and diligent, and he is always willing to invest additional time for the benefit of his students and to be concerned about their performance in order to ensure improvement. His teaching approaches will be tailored to the level and aptitude of each learner. He uses a variety of teaching strategies to ensure that students fully get the material so that they can confidently face a variety of issues and challenges. He will put in additional effort to offer any weak students an extra “push” in order to ensure that they receive good enough grades.He has spent the last few years reviewing previous years’ questions (UPSR, PMR/PT3 & SPM) and providing students with study methods to help them study HARD & SMART.
Students will learn how to score well on an exam. He is able to guide them through the methodical style of reasoning and analysing abilities that are important for comprehending knowledge, based on his previous experiences that have led her to her current successful status. Furthermore, his teaching methods are distinct from those used by other teachers. He is able to clearly explain and clarify a complex subject or question for the student to understand.
His teaching approaches have been validated by the fact that his students have improved significantly in their studies and performed well on final tests. Mr.Ghanapathi is not just a dedicated teacher, but he is also a people person, as evidenced by some of the testimonials from parents and students. His pride and joy are his students’ accomplishments, and he makes it his mission and desire to help them succeed.
